Peavy 5150 Kemper Profiles

Here we have a super unique amplifier, a Peavy 5150 block letter heavily modded to reach all new heights of tone savagery. First it’s had the obligatory bias mod to get those power tubes running hotter, then a choke and mid sweep control were added. Finally new and upgraded Mercury Magnets power / output transformers were fitted to complete this “hot rodded” build. The result is something reminiscent of a Soldano SLO, but with far more aggression.
